There are all sorts of wizard wand toys you can buy. You can buy really girly ones that make noise along with tons of others. You can get awesome ones from the Wizarding World Of Harry Potter Theme Park inside of Disney World in Florida, at the shop Olivanders there. You can look online as well.

There are a variety of wizard wands. What you need to find out is whether she is asking for a "Wizards of Waverly Place" wand or a "Harry Potter" wand.

Yes. Good toy stores have many dress-up items. I have seen one in the local Mom & Pop toy shop near my home. Check out any store that has a dress-up section. If all else fails you can go to the craft store and make one. It is more likely to be special if it's home-made.
