I am not sure if there is a literal pressure point fighting. There is Ju-jutsi which involves chokes, holds, and bars, which utilizes the technique.

A pressure point in a human body is the area which is more sensitive to pressure than other parts of the body. A blow at the pleasure point can cause unconsciousness, neurological problems and even cause death. Pressure point fight is the part of the martial game when the pressure point of the opponent is targeted to defeat him.
