Is there such a thing as eye color surgery?

There is a such thing as eye color surgery but it is not available in the U. S. yet. However it can cause blindness as a side affect, therefore it is not good for everyone. Panama is the only place where it is currently being done. I would personally not recommend this procedure. Get contacts.

You can, but think about what you're doing. You would be risking your eyesight in exchange for something you could accomplish with colored contacts. Is it really worth it?

There is a cosmetic surgery procedure designed to change the color of ones eyes for either cosmetic reasons or due to abnormalities of the iris.

Yes, a relatively new procedure changes eye color with the insertion of a colored disk, but be very cautious. The surgery is done off-shore, not subject to U. S. law and medical regulations, and there are indications of risks, severe post-operative complications and possible blindness.

New advances in optical surgery has provided a way to permanently change eye color. The new technique uses a process in which an implant is used to change eye color.

This cannot be done with current technology. Eye pigment is pretty complicated, and impossible to permanently change. Your best bet would be to use contact lenses to change your eye color; these are commonly available.
