Yes, there is nutrition in popcorn; roughly the same nutrition that is found in corn. You will get protein, dietary fiber, and B vitamins with popcorn. It is healthier when you are not eating butter, cheese, salt, or other flavorings on it. Popcorn is a delicious (and somewhat addicting) snack.

Popcorn itself is very nutritious. It is, after all, a whole grain. It is great source of fiber and carbohydrates, as well as potassium, B vitamins and potassium. Now the butter and salt you top popcorn with is a different story...
