My car will beep until you put the seat belt on.

While most people will tell you not to do it, yes its possible. There is a fuse for it. If you can locate the fuse for it and remove it that will solve the problem.

There is a way to go in through the dash and disable this function of the seat belt sensor. However, you may need to buy new seat belt latches too.
