Generally speaking: No! However, in case you need to access some data on the drive and forgot your password, you can use Linux as a fallback option. Download and burn a bootable CD image (e.g. Knoppix) and boot from CD. Unless the harddisk is encrypted you should be able to access the files of the windows drive.

Yes, but it requires a disc that you have to create prior to needing it. Most people don't create them and get themselves locked out. I believe you have to be logged in to remove a password from the administrator account as well. Other than that I don't think there is a way around it.

You can not "bypass" the admin password but you can use a tool to delete a password from any account in Windows XP and then you can log in using that account. Search on google for "Hiren's Boot CD", download it and follow the instructions, it creates a bootable CD with many utilities you'll find useful.

There are a number of software programs that can crack or bypass the administrator password. If you start up the computer in safe mode there should be a general administrator account that you can log in to and work from there. You can also try a system restore to an earlier date where there may not have been a password.

Yes there is a pretty easy way to bypass the admin password. When you start your computer press del or f10 (depending on the bios you are using) to go to boot menu. Then start your computer in safe mode. Now it will get started without asking for password.

When booting the system, press F2 and enter the BIOS. You should be able to select an option to change the password within the BIOS, and circumvent the admin password that way.l

No not really, that is the reason for the password. The only way to get past that would be to reinstall windows on the machine.

If you mean how to hack windows xp, then yes, this is posibble. What you need to do is this: You need login via Safe Mode and you will see new user account named "Administrator", it is should be without password, so just login with this account and then you will find how to do that very easily.
