Is there a law in place to regulate the use of power will chairs?

I was told I can not use a power will chair every where.

yes there is a law to use the power will chairs,,if you want to procceed in this you can seek the advice of lawyer to avoid any legal difficulties.

yes there are laws. you can not use this on the highway or where speed limit is more than 45 miles per hour. Also a city or town has the right to impose laws of their own stating the use of power wheel chairs within its city or town limits.
