Is there a good over-the-counter mouthguard?

I grind my teeth in my sleep like crazy.

There are several different options of over the counter mouth-guards at different price ranges. If you decide to purchase an OTC device generally the more expensive end work better. Your best bet is to visit a dentist and have a custom device made so as to provide the most benefits.

Dr's Mouth Guard, at drug stores.I had a dental guard designed and after dental work it no longer fits.I have to wait few months until a new 1 is made
