Yes the Texas de Brazil is a restaurant chain. If you go to their website it talks about how they got started and how it has grown into an actual chain.

Yup, its a chain. There are 15 locations, 14 in the US the other is in Aruba. Its head quarters is in Dallas. BTW i love it there too :D
