Yes,overheating is a sign of a blown head gasket. A murky colored oil coming out could also imply a blown head gasket. If you are not familiar with cars, I suggest you do not try to fix it on your own. Go to a trusted autoshop and have it diagnosed. A professional's advice is often better than another's guess.

Not usually. A blown head gasket is usually a pretty serious problem that shows a lot more signs than overheating. If you engine is overheating it could be a fan or radiator issue. If your oil is overheating you may want to check your oil cooler if you have one.

It could be a sign. If the leaking head is causing a loss of coolant that is not caught then the engine can get too hot. If you notice oil in the coolant or a gradual loss of coolant over time you probably have a leak.

Not really but leaking oil into the antifreeze or burning oil that is seeping out the gasket is a sign of a blown head gasket. If you have a blow head you will know.

I might have something to do with it. A bad head gasket to cause the coolant level to drop Making the engine overheat and then get the oil really hot. I would look for air bubbles in the exhaust or excessive oil and coolant loss without leaks.

Not always. A blown head gasket may lead to loss of coolant and the engine will overheat thereby overheating the oil as well. Alternatively some engines have oil coolers. A faulty oil cooler will cause the oil to overheat.
