Yes, mileages is a word. It is not commonly used, however. Mileage describes the distance between two points or cities. So if you are looking up the distance between several different points, you could say that the mileages are different, less or more, etc. Mileages is, of course, the plural of mileage.

"Mileage" refers to miles per gallon (vehicle) or miles per trip to a particular location. "Miles" is a unit of measurement for distance. "Miles" is most likely to be correct.
