For a child that is old enough to know not to swallow the toothpaste, it should be fine. However, small children usually tend to swallow toothpaste rather than spitting it out. In the case of a child, it is best to use a non-fluoride toothpaste, as fluoride can have serious side effects.

It really depends on the child's age if they are younger than 5 I would say no. It is important that the child doesn't swollow the toothpaste.

It is okay for children to use Aquafresh toothpaste just as long as they do not swallow the toothpaste and rinse well.

there are brands which are good for them, for example bubble mint paste which comes in a fun, easy to use stand-up pump that is perfect for kids. it should contain flour, calacium and other substances that protect teeth from cavities. the temporary teeth s enamel is very thin and sensible to bacterian plaque.
