Is having itchy fingers and toes a sign of a circulatory disorder?

It's certainly possible, tingling in the feet and toes can be felt as itchiness. Of course it could also be dry skin, thrush, psoriasis or allergies too.

poor blood circulation,wet and untidy condition encouraging fungal infection and allery to some medicines,dust ,soap food particularly non-vegetarian,some vegetableslike yam,some fruits also can can affect the toe and fingers giving itchy symptoms

Having itchy fingers and toes is not a sign of circulatory disorder. This usually happens due to allergy of dust or detergent or some other chemicals. Pure mustard oil massage should be given on the itching parts.

No, this takes place due to the alergy, caused by infection due to many items, such as muddy area, walking without shoes, handling things without gloves etc. we should take care with kids, when we handle them at these stages. This is not spreading sickness, but the maximum care we should take.
