Is Ghirardelli chocolate the best?

I want to use the best quality ingredients in the cookies at my restaurant.

In my personal opinion, yes, Ghirardelli chocolate is the best chocolate you could use for a cookie ingredient. However, if you would like to sample another for comparison purposes, Lindt chocolate is also extremely good quality.

It is one of the best chocolates that is commercially available. Godiva is another as well as Lindt. But remember, you pay for quality.

In my opinion, Ghirardelli chocolate is the best chocolate, especially to use in baking cookies. I would recommend their 60% cacao dark chocolate chips for chocolate chip cookies. Their chocolate chips are a little bit bigger than most chocolate chips, but they are truly the best cookie chocolate that I have used.
