Cookie dough is generally freezable. Just make sure you freeze it soon after it is made or manufactured, and that it does not sit out in hot weather before hand. Also, be sure to wrap it tightly in several layers of plastic wrap or something else that will not be exposed to air.

Yes, absolutely. And it makes baking fresh cookies a snap. Just about any cookie recipe that requires flour, sugar and eggs it good for freezing.
