Co-codamol is an analgesic which may been used in pregnancy. However, its SAFETY in pregnancy has not been adequately documented in control trials but shows no adverse effects in particular to the fetus or mother during pregnancy. Consult your pharmacist for clarification on any drugs if you are in doubt.

Never take anything unless your doctor says that it's okay or he prescribes it for you. Certain medications are fine for pregnant women but can have adverse effects in some people so you should always ask. Tylenol is just about the only drug the doctor says is okay for you to take during pregnancy without asking him.

Yes Co-Codamol is safe to take during pregnancy as it contains Paracetamol and Codeine which is very good for things like back pain when big. They tend to advice people to avoid it in the last three months (the final trimester).
