Eating foods at a Chinese restaurant that aren't deep fried and stick with the soups, noodle bowls, chow mein, etc. Try to eat dishes with a lot of vegetables.

Cholesterol comes from animal products. Chinese dishes with fish and skinned chicken should be low in cholesterol as long as the oil used for cooking or frying is vegetable oil.

No, you can safely consume Chinese food, as long as you do not have the shrimp, lobster, or duck dishes. Good choices would be the chicken or vegetarian dishes, with plain fried or white rice. Bok choy, chinese cabbage, carrots, onions, and scallions are good for you, and so is chicken.

Chinese food can be high in cholesterol if it contains deep fried food or meat. Noodles, steamed rice plates, and vegetable dishes from Chinese restaurants contain almost no cholesterol.
