In most tones of voice, and in most contexts, this is a very nasty thing to say. Why would you call a girl something that is usually meant to be so negative and demeaning? It is "abuse" though only if you are in a relationship of power over her: If you are her boss, parent, pastor, teacher, etc. it's abuse.
She is my property manager, and I called her a bitch after she physically assaulted me, twice. Once by putting her hands on me, then by shoving the door against me to get me out of the office. I did call the police; since, she sent me a warning letter. add a comment
