Is borax a good product to use to rid your home of fleas?

I have fleas in my carpet and am willing to try anything to get rid of them.

Yes, Borax is a good product to use when it comes to killing fleas in your carpet. However, you must mix the product with water and allow it time to sit. You must allow this time because it is toxic. And if you are planning on using it in a child's room, I would consider a different product.

Being an old-fashioned remedy it may have some upsides. Since the main ingredient is boric acid, once it comes in contact with the offender, the acid will kill it. This must be repeated several times for effectiveness, vacuum daily, replacing the bag each time.

Yes, borax works quite well at ridding your home of fleas but it needs to be used correctly and consistently. It might take several applications where you sweep it deep down in carpet fibers, let it sit as long as possible, then vacuum. Repeat until fleas are gone.

Well yeah just try using borax it's not too bad that may help you get rid of your fleas or you can also just use some other kind of anti-flea product such as raid. I find that raid works really well and it also is very cheap so just use it.
