It is not one of the more common symptoms listed for bipolar disorder. While common symptoms, such as mania and severe and deep depression are very common, each individual case can vary in symptoms. Having a complete evaluation by a doctor would help identify if dipolar disorder is the cause or if it could be another condition.

Not necessarily. Bipolar generally means that you have a lot of "ups and downs," and this wouldn't necessarily be a cause or symptom.

It's a sign on Bi-polarism and it also can be a sign of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. If you think you or someone you know is Bipolar you should get them medical attention and get them on the proper medication.

Bipolar is when you have manic moods. One minute you can be so happy that you don't know how to control it. The next minute you become so angry you just feel like screaming and going off on people. Bipolar is mainly a rollercoaster of emotions. Being a control freak is more of an OCD trait than a bipolar trait.

No. Being a control freak is more of a personality trait than anything related to bipolar. Bipolars have radical mood swings from manic to not wanting to get out of bed. People who display those tendencies have generally felt out of control of something at some time in their lives and thereby seek to command a situation, person, etc.

No, bipolar disorder is a imbalance of chemicals in the brain, being a control freak is moreso a personality disorder that no drug will cure.
