No. If a person terminates his/her parental rights they are severing all maternal ties, rights and responsibilities to that child. It will be as if the child never existed. Neither parent nor child will benefit from nor be an heir to the others estate.

the judge in the matter determines whether the father will still have to pay support, unless there is another man adopting the child to fulfill the role as the father. In case of adoption, they are released of obligation to pay support because they are no longer legally the father.
