Yes, there is a possibility that uterine cancer is the cause. However, there are many reasons why your uterus could be enlarged. You could have fibroids, polyps, adenomyosis (endometrial tissue in your uterus,) or you could be pregnant. Your doctor should do tests, such as an ultrasound, to see if there are any causes for concern.

Uterus enlargement can happen for various reasons, but cancer does not have to be one of them. If this has happened, why don't you seek the help of a professional?

Uterine cancer can cause an enlarged uterus. However, there are other causes to be considered such as ovarian cysts, fibroids and adenomyosis.

It could be, but not for sure. An enlarged uterus can be the result of other benign diseases like fibroid, polyps, etc. , that are essentially non-cancerous.
