If my right hand is tingling during the night, could that be caused by my pregnancy?

Yes, it is possible. The weight gain associated with pregnancy can put additional pressure on the nerves in your wrist or you might be sleeping in a different position, so your hand is cocked at an un-natural angle. Try wearing a splint to keep it in a neutral position.

Yes! Your baby might be putting pressure on a nerve that is making your hand numb then tingly. You might also be lying on your hand as you sleep.

I would say that the tingling in your hand could be caused by Carpal Tunnel Syndrome; when a nerve in your arm is pinched, caused by fluid retention during pregnancy.

It is likely caused by sleeping on your arm and cutting off the circulation to your hand and not pregnancy related.
