No, just by knowing someone is in the United States illegally does not make you obligated to report it. They may be working towards citizenship.

If you are a hiring agent you need to report all undocumented workers. Other than that you should not report anything because you may not have all of the facts. However, if you suspect that a crime is in progress, then you can report all suspicious activity.

There is no law that requires anyone to report an illegal alien. In fact, in some cities, known as "sanctuary cities," even law enforcement is encouraged not to even ask about one's immigration status.

No, not unless you work for a government entity (DMV, a public university, etc. ) or are the employer of the undocumented person.

This depends on where you live. Generally, so long as you are not directly aiding this person in any particular illegal activity, there is no legal onus upon you to report them, however it would most definitely be encouraged that you do so. If you are unsure, ask for advice from an expert.

No, you do not have to report it. However if you would like to you of course have that option. They will deport said person back to their proper country.

No you are not required to report an illegal alien. In fact both the United States Immigration and Custom Enforcement (USICE) and the FBI discourage private citizens from doing so.

You are under no obligation to report illegals. You can, but you are not required to do so. In many parts of the U.S., "sanctuary cities," this reporting is actually discouraged and reports that are made are rarely followed up on.

I do not have to report a known illegal alien. It is not a criminal offence to aid and/or abet an illegal alien in this country though I may not employ the illegal alien here described.

There's no law saying that you have to report an illegal alien, but some people would recommend that you should.

There is no law that says one must report that a person you know is an illegal alien. For that matter, there is no law that says you must tell the authorities about any illegal activity unless you are under oath for some reason. You must use discretion in these types of situations.
