Contact you insurance company. Hopefully you have a policy that covers this type of accident. They should be able to pay for your repairs. If it is not covered there isn't anything you can do about it but pay out of pocket.

Tires have steel wires inside which can wreck the paint on a car. Unfortunately theres nothing you can do to get compensation for this short of calling your insurance company.

Contact your insurance company to find out if it is covered on your comprehensive insurance as it may be cheaper. You will have to take your vehicle to a body shop to get an estimate. Hope the insurance company takes care of it.

Have a mechanic take a thorough look at your car. There could be more than just body damage. It would be wise to have 3-5 mechanics look it over and get bids from all of them.

In such situations it is always better that you donot drive any further and make immediate arrangements to contact an authorised moter workshop preferably a mobile work shop. Make sure you donot cause any trouble to the other road passengers.
