I had an internal ultrasound 31st day of my pregnancy,but could not hear the baby's heartbeat? Is that normal?

I'm tensed.

This is a subject for you to discuss with your doctor. It is never wise to ask for such important information from anonymous, lay people who have not the background, education or even the specifics to offer an intelligent response. Call your doctor. That's what she's there for.

It's ok. The baby could possibly just be in an odd location. As long as the radiologist did a blood flow view and saw the blood moving and heart beating on the screen you are fine.

The person who did your ultrasound would have contacted the nearest doctor if there was a problem. They would have ran many tests for sure.
