Find an old socket that is close to the size of the lock nut, then pound the socket onto the lock nut. That should let you turn the nut off.

In order to remove the lock nut, assuming its on the cv shaft, you will need a 30mm socket which is cheap from any auto parts store. Also, an impact wrench will make the job much easier.

Make sure you are using the right socket and turning it counter-clockwise. Try using a longer wrench to get more force. You might also try using some oil or lubricant to help, but if so make sure you clean it off with brake cleaner or degreaser before you try to put it back on.

Lock nut's on the rims are designed only to be removed with the key supplied. If you have the key use it with your lug wrench to remove it.
