Developing the muscles that make up the buttock requires a few simple, daily exercises. Stand, facing a wall and slowly raise each leg backward, or away from the wall. Repetitions of ten raises, three to five times daily with each leg yields positive results in approximately five to ten days.

The best exercise for this is a lot of squats and hamstring exercises, as this will increase the desired muscles.
