Look into a local co-op or club in your area. For example, Sam's Club has bulk veggies. You can even try your local Farmer's Market.

Visit farmer's markets or go online to look for local farms that sell their vegetables by the box. many of these smaller farms deliver and are happy to have the extra business.

Are to talking about fresh vegetables? If so I only buy the vegetables that are on sale that week, and that what we eat. Farmer's Market are all over and selling fresh just picked vegetables. If you are using canned or frozen contact a wholesale food dealer, maybe you can buy bulk and split with someone else.

You can buy wholesale vegetables at the local food terminal. This is where the farmers sell their vegetables to local stores. I think you have to have a license to buy wholesale.
