Place him in the shade away from direct sunlight. Freeze a 2 liter or other bottle of water and place in the cage for him to lie against.

Consult your Vet. Ensure it has plenty of fresh, cool water, is NOT in the sun or outside at all if it's really hot. Water is key!

Do not put him in an area above 80F. Put a cool wet washcloth on his ears for 5-10 minutes. If he doesn't improve, call a vet ASAP.

You should move him to a cool place indoors, making sure he has enough water available. It wouldn't hurt to have a vet look at him.

You can make a large block of ice the put it into the cage with your bunny. He will press his body up against it and cool himself down.
