How should I show my boyfriend that I am really sorry?

I just heard Suze Orman say the following... "the six most important words in the English language are 'I admit that I was wrong' ". Face your boyfriend, take both his hands in yours, look him straight in the eyes and say those words without any language of qualification or rationalization.

You can go up to him, and you can easily just say, "I have done some thinking... and I have found that you are right. And I want to apologize for the things I have said and done. " Obviously adding what you came to realize he was right about.
