Try to keep them calm. If there are more then 2-3 stings and the person is not allergeic give them an antihistamine and watch for any reactions. You can also put mud on the stings. As it dries it will help draw out the venom. If there are more stings or reactions, call 911.

Call 911 but stay away or you will become the next target. If the attack is over and the bees are gone, the person has obviously suffered multiple stings. Again call 911 and stay until help arrives. Allergic reactions take as long as 20 minutes to manifest themselves and a witness can help paramedic personnel begin appropriate treatment.

Bee attacks can be quite serious. Ask the person if he/she has any known allergies to bees--they can be life-threatening. If a person has stings all over, also see a doctor. If the person has no apparent shock and just needs topical solutions, try over the counter cortisone cream and an antihistamine.

As being someone who was attacked by a swarm you must make sure that the person is showing no allergic signs (such as difficulty breathing, swelling of the throat area)... if symptoms are visable get help immediately. To relieve pain in the short term mix a paste of baking soda and water and apply to affected areas.
