How should I go about repairing small holes in fiberglass?

Is that something I can do on my own?

Get your hands on a small amount of fiberglass and resin. Chop the fiberglass really fine with scissors, gloves, and a dust mask. Mix the chop with the resin, and use a flexible spatula to work the mixture into the holes.

To repair and patch up the holes, you have to buy fiber glass repair paint. Then go over the areas with a few coats or so.

You can try a caulk and that will seal the holes. You can sand it down after it has dried and paint it so that way it looks like brand new. That is the best information I can tell you about this project. Also once you change the color it will be worth less.

There are small fiberglass repair kits for bathtubs. These kits are relatively inexpensive and will work on most all fiberglass bodies, and the resulting repaired spot can be painted.

yes although you need the proper materials. first remove the damaged area with a knife then taper it out with a grinder or a sander.then take a piece of fiberglass cloth and place it either sides of the hole.coat the fiberglass with epoxy resin and sand off the excess.

Typically all you need is a small fiberglass repair kit that can be bought at any automotive or boat store. It should have all the materials needed along with directions.
