How often should you replace the brakes in a Kodiak trailer?

I have a ten year old Kodiak trailer that has never had its brakes replaced.

The frequency you change them depends on how often you tow it and how much load it typically hauls. You should inspect them regularly to prevent unnecessary wear on the rotor. Then just replace them when they look worn down.

Really it depends on how much weight you haul and how often you haul it. You basically just have to inspect it regularly looking for wear or damage. Especially before hauling anything for a long distance or just ever few thousand miles.

You should replace the brakes every fifty to sixty thousand miles. It does not need them as often as a car but it still needs them.
