If you look at a regular serving of strawberries which would be about 7 or 8 medium sized ones, which should equal about 147 grams, you will find about 7 grams of sugar. Therefore, one strawberry would contain about 1 gram of sugar or a little less.

One strawberry will have less than 1 gram of sugar. The sugar in fruits is not refined sugar and is more easily digested and has a less negative impact.
