If your toddler is age 2-3 they should be getting about 3 glasses or 24 ounces a day. Water is just as important at that age. They should be getting about 32 ounces of water a day. Be sure they are brushing their teeth, milk ruins teeth fast if it sits on their teeth.

I would give a toddler at least 3 glasses of milk a day. One glass (equal to 8oz) at breakfast, one at lunch and one at dinner. If you have to cut out juice and soda. If your toddler is extremely overweight than give lower fat milks. Some pediatricians say 8 oz is enough.

Toddler must drink 2 glasses of milk for a day & make sure they must also take some curd, fruits and vegetables. If the toddler is not happy about their intake food means they must increase another one glass of milk, because the milk contains calcium,vitamin-D,lactose etc.. which is taken on regular basis by growing children.
