Generally it takes one calorie to increase the temperature of a gram of water by 1 °C, however this depends on the starting temperature and is difficult to measure precisely.

Well I think it only takes a minute, if you put your stove on the boiling temperatures on high around 5 or 6 on a switch of 10, it will raise 1 minute. I don't think it takes much energy maybe 1J with the stove heater with high temperatures.
