To cook a rotisserie chicken, season and cook on high for 10 minutes. Then turn the heat to medium and cook 1-1. 5 hours or til 180 degrees internally.

Just salt and pepper a rotisserie chicken prepped for a preheated 425 degree oven for about an hour and 20 minutes. Check temp and look for clear liquids.

If you bought it precooked, just stick in the microwave for a few minutes. From scratch cook for 1 1/2 hours for a 3 pound chicken.

Of course, the length of time that one cooks any meat will depend on how large the piece of meat is. Naturally, a 5-pound chicken will take much longer than a 2-pound one. On average, though, you can figure on an unstuffed chicken taking around 1. 5 hours

It depends on the size and temperature of the chicken. Generally, for a 3 lb. chicken, starting at room temperature, it takes about 1-2. 5 hours. If you have already purchased a rotisserie, I would either read the booklet that comes with the unit or check the company's website for more specific suggested times.

It depends on the size a good 2 lb chicken cooked at 375 for about 2 hours. Make sure that it is cooked throughly before eating.
