How long can one live if they don't take the medicine for the disease?

Depends on the disease. Something like aids won't kill you immediately unless you contract an infection. Other times you may just lose some of the use of parts of your body such as legs or arms.

It's all situational. Different diseases attack different parts of the body, and different parts of the body are more crucial to living than others.

If you do not take medicine for a disease or ailment the length of time you live will vary. It will depend upon how far advanced the disease is , as well as your immune system. If the disease is serious enough death could be immediate or take months or years.
