You have to go through many treatments for it to be "permanent." Even after all of the treatments are complete, there is still a chance that the hair can grow back.

It is not permanent, but it does last longer they plucking or using hair remover. This also sometimes leaves a sensitive skin condition, but it will go away after a while.
