Stainless steel emitters prevents air from being ignited. They work much like a grill but much faster. The infrared strikes molecules instead of being transferred through a conductor. Meat shouldn't be cooked longer than a minute and this method is not practical for vegetables.

I don't trust the innovative kinds of cocking. I think that does change the nutritional parts of the food, but I would definitely try some new stainless steel pans.

The heat is transferred in the form of infrared radiation in infra-red oven. The heat is transferred directly from the source in the form of infrared radiation and it fall in the base of dish. If frequency increases heat also increases.

Basically it works like a heat lamp only more intense. Infrared light ray are directed at the food. This begins to cook the food from the outside in.

Infa-red cooking using light rather than direct heat to cook. Heat is light after all, so infa-red cooking used focused light to cook food.

Infra-Red, and Ultra Violet light , fall into the radiation spectrum that is not visible to the human eye. when you go to the beach you feel the effects of radiation upon your skin, which is acting as a "resistance" ..your tan is the results of that resistance cooking effect
