How do you use an elliptical trainer?

Elliptical machines are easy to use and are great for low-impact cardio. Simply stand on the machine and move your legs in an elliptical motion (as if you were pedaling a bike). The frequency and duration you should use one depends on your conditioning. For the average person, I recommend 45 minutes per day, 4 days per week.

the elliptical is an amazing machine to because theres no impact on ur joins/bones and you can get a great full body workout on it. If it is the only cardio you are doing then I would say to use it 4-5 days a week for a mimimum on 20 minutes in your target heart zone.

When you use an elliptical trainer you get on and move your arms with your legs. A lot of poeple only use their legs. When you involve your arms you excercise more.Use it 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes to get results and stay fit.
