The most practical and cost-effective way to do this is to purchase a VHS-DVD recorder from an electronics store. It looks like your typical VHS/DVD player and is very straight-forward to use. Simply put in a blank DVD, and insert the VHS you desire to copy. After this, simply select 'Begin/Start/Burn' to begin the process.
