Depends on the Beetle. The newer models are designed for towing in mind. The older ones you run the risk of tearing out the axel or damaging the steering. VW actually says their Audi stick shifts were towable. I suppose you would tow it as you would anything else just with care and ease.

You can tow a VW Beetle just like any other car. Tow it from the front with the back wheels turning. Another way is to use a tow dolly which will pick up the drive wheels up from the ground and move freely.

You can get a car dolly and attach the beetle to this dolly and tow behind another vehicle. One of the safest ways to haul any vehicle is with a flat bed trailer which you can load the vehicle upon and haul for long distances. Depending on the quality of the beetle i would use a dolly.

Well you tow it like any other vehicle. You need to use a tow dolly and pick the drive wheels up off the ground and secure the suspension down so it cant come loose.

You can tow it by hooking it up to something that can drag the weight of that car. You could also put the car into neutral and hook it up to anything that moves.

The VW Beetle is a front wheel drive car, so make sure you are towing the front while letting the rear wheels roll on the street. Also, do not attempt to tow with the emergency brake engaged.

You can tow the vehicle from the front with the back wheels turning. It is the only way to tow it because of the front wheel drive.

Get a tow bar and it is fasten to the king pin/front axle. It looks like A shape bars that has a tongue on it like a trailer.
