How do you stop dogs from eating cat food?

The easiest way to prevent this is to keep the cat's food our of reach. Most cats are able to jump, so feeding him/her on a counter that the dog cannot reach will eliminate this problem.

I have always found it easiest to keep the cat's bowl on a table, so the dog cannot reach it. The cat can easily jump up to eat from it.

There is no true way to stop them unless you put the food up where the cat can get it but the dog cant reach it.
