On the desktop right click the mouse button to get a menu window. On this, select "properties". Click on it to get the display settings. There is a tab on the upper side showing "screen saver". Click on it to get the menu where one can select the required screen saver, its preview and the time out period. Thats all

To setup a screen saver on Windows XP OS please right click anywhere on the desktop and select "Properties". Navigate to the "Screen Saver" tab at the top of the page and select one of the options from the drop down menu (e.g. Starfield). Select the time period required for the screen saver to take effect and then click "Apply".

To enable the screen saver in your computer, right click on your desktop, select properties, and then the screen saver tab. Configure the desired theme and the idle time. After the computer has idled for a longer time than configured, the screen saver will automatically start. Press any key or move the mouse to resume your work.
