As with most cell phones, there should be a section in your phone book labeled "voicemail." Usually you can click that and call it to retrieve your messages. Otherwise, you can normally press and hold the number "1" and it should automatically call the voicemail service to get your messages.

From your cell phone you can dial *86 OR call your own number. Most phones have voicemail preprogramed as a speed dial. Look for a head with )) on keypad.

For my Verizon phone, you call your own phone number. You will get your voice mail message. During the message, press # and follow the instructions from there.
