It utamiatly depends on the vehicle but there should be some bolts torwards the front of the car on the seal part of the door that need to come off. then take the inner cover off and remove the bolts holding the outside on.

Depends what state you live in and what year the car is. Remove the door panel and you should see the bolts to remove it.
