How do you repair a head gasket in a Toyota Tercel?

Well to replace the head gasket the head has to be removed. The coolant must be drained and the engine must be disassembled some. The head is lifted of and the old gasket is removed and the block cleaned. Then the new gasket is installed and the process is reversed.

First drain the anti-freeze from the radiator. Open the petcock on the bottom of the radiator and allow the fluid to drain to the pan. We can use block sealer to repair. Make the vehicle dry to repair the head gasket. Pour the block sealer mixture to the radiator and allow to fix the cracks.

block sealer seals your heater core and radiator too so they cannot flow coolant properly. this is a terrible fix.  add a comment
