If the urine has soaked through your carpet and carpet pad into the wood floors beneath, you may need to replace the wood floors. However, if it's just in the carpet and pad, you can rent a carpet cleaner or hire professional cleaners and it should work great!

A mixture of 50% white vinegar and 50% water on the spot and allow to work down into the carpet fibers. Blot with paper towels and vacuum with a wet vac. Then sprinkle area with Baking Soda to absorb any liquid left behind. Never use any ammonia based products on urine spots.

A few items that work in removing pet urine odor. First is old fashioned baking soda. Sprinkle directly on the spot and wait an hour, then vacuum. Next is the product 'Fabreeze' this you spray onto the fabric. The last one is another product called "Tuffstuff." This cleaner will help clean the spot and make the smell disappear.

Your best bet is to head to a Petstore and get one of a couple products. Simple solution or Natures Miracle are two wonderful products to do it. Follow the instructions on the bottle and you will be all set

If you need to clean up dog urine, the first step is to soak up as much as you can. After this you will need to use a cleaner. There are many you can buy from the store, or you can mix white vinegar with water.
